"Science Bowl Timekeeper" was created (by aNSBcompetitor) to aid in the timekeeping aspect of thecompetition. Theapp includes the following buttons and theirrespectivefunctions:-"Begin New Round": Starts a new 8 minute half-"Toss-Up": Initiates 5 seconds on the Response Timer-"Bonus": Initiates 20 seconds on the Response Timer-"Intermission": Begins a 2 minute break, but can only occur attheend of a half-"End Round": Exits the roundPause/Resume functions are activated upon clicking the"RunningTime" clock, and toss-up's and bonuses can be prematurelycancelledby tapping the "Response Time" clock.
